Refund Policy

30-day £1 trial

The £1 trial fee is non-refundable. You can cancel anytime during the 30 days from /pro/me to avoid being charged the full plan price on day 31.

Monthly memberships

Monthly fees are non-refundable. Cancel anytime to stop future charges; access remains until the end of the current billing period.

Annual memberships

Annual memberships can be cancelled within 14 days of the initial yearly charge for a full refund, provided you have not consumed substantial paid content (e.g. attended a paid live workshop). After 14 days, annual fees are non-refundable.

Payment failures

If a renewal payment fails, access is paused until the payment method is updated. No refund is due for the period of paused access.

How to request a refund

Email hello@halzak.com from your account email with your subscription ID. We respond within 5 working days.

Statutory rights

Nothing here limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
