1. The service

Elevate PRO is a paid membership operated by Halzak Ltd providing CPD-style content, events, a content library, and a private members' community. Free Elevate Community resources are governed separately by the published Community Guidelines.

2. Membership & payment

• The £1 30-day trial converts automatically to the plan you chose (£10/month or £96/year) on day 31. You can cancel anytime from /pro/me before then to avoid further charges.
• Renewals continue automatically until you cancel.
• Prices are in GBP and include any applicable VAT.
• Failed payments may suspend access until resolved.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to follow the Community Guidelines published at the homepage. Harassment, hate speech, illegal activity, or unauthorised redistribution of member-only content will result in removal without refund.

4. Content licence

Content (articles, recordings, documents) is licensed to you for personal professional development for the duration of your membership. You may not republish, resell, or share access credentials.

5. Member-generated content

You retain ownership of content you post (comments, reactions, profile data). You grant Halzak a non-exclusive licence to display it within the platform.

6. Termination

You can cancel anytime. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms or the Community Guidelines.

7. Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice.

9. Governing law

England and Wales.
